Alpha is pleased to announce two significant additions to our leadership team, strengthening our global sales and high temperature textile expertise.

Ingo Bleier will join Alpha as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development, reporting directly to CEO Christopher Avallone. In this role, Ingo will oversee all global sales, new business development, and R&D initiatives.

Ingo brings more than a decade of senior leadership experience from Valmiera Glass Group, a key Alpha supply partner, where he was responsible for Sales and R&D. His background also includes leading the company’s thermal insulation, smoke and fire curtain businesses, and global research efforts. Prior to Valmiera, Ingo held key management roles at Versiedag Industex GmbH, a leader in specialty coated fabrics for automotive, architectural, and ballistic applications. He holds both a baccalaureate and master’s degree in Textile Technology from Hochschule Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences.

Based in Düsseldorf, Germany, Ingo will divide his time between the U.S. and Europe, bringing deep expertise in technical textiles, specialty coatings, and demanding applications that align directly with Alpha’s strategic growth priorities. His leadership will accelerate business development initiatives, expand market opportunities, and drive innovation across Alpha’s core and emerging markets.

Brad Milnes will join Alpha as National Sales Manager, reporting to Ingo Bleier. Brad will lead Alpha’s Thermal Insulation Business and manage the company’s sales representative network.

Brad most recently served as Sales Manager at Insulation Materials Corporation (IMC) where he oversaw sales for five branches and eight representatives. Previously, he was Industrial Sales Manager for Aspen Aerogels, Inc., a leading insulation supplier to petrochemical, power generation, and LNG industries.
